AI strategy in practice

I work at the intersection of behavioural simulation, and product strategy. The approach combines synthetic user systems and agentic frameworks, especially in environments where human behavior is difficult to anticipate. My technical foundation spans applied machine learning, deep learning, NLP and generative AI, built on a background in UX and research.

At Accenture Song I led research initiatives in synthetic user methodologies and agentic frameworks for automotive contexts, and served as Experience Lead for a vehicle app operating across large-scale digital ecosystems

More recently, I expanded my expertise through the MIT Professional Education Applied AI & Data Science programme, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of AI and data science methodologies. The experience strengthened my ability to translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions and reinforced my interest in behavioural simulation and product strategy.
