Caro Milkez

AI Product Strategist

Advising organisations on the shift from AI experimentation to operational AI strategy, with a focus on synthetic users and agentic AI. Nearly two decades of leadership across automotive, insurance and life sciences, combining product strategy, research, and AI-driven systems in large-scale digital ecosystems.

AI strategy in practice

I work at the intersection of behavioural simulation, and product strategy. The approach combines synthetic user systems and agentic frameworks, especially in environments where human behavior is difficult to anticipate. My technical foundation spans applied machine learning, deep learning, NLP and generative AI, built on a background in UX and research.

At Accenture Song I led AI research initiatives including synthetic user methodologies and agentic frameworks for automotive contexts. Experience lead for myAudi app relaunch across large-scale automotive ecosystems.

Through the MIT Professional Education Applied AI & Data Science programme, I built a GenAI review-analysis pipeline producing sentiment, urgency, insight, and response outputs.

My core expertise has been working across complex enterprise environments involving cross-functional product, research, and technology teams.
